Regular (liturgical) worship services are held on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. Holy Communion in January will be celebrated on January 3th and January 17th and January 31st
Sunday morning Adult Bible Class will be a practical Bible Study about family.They will meet at 9:00 AM in the LWML room.
A second Bible Study on the Psalms led by Robert Gransden will also meet at 9:00 AM in the fellowship hall.
Your kids will love our new Super Sunday School where we learn about Super Hero's in scripture through games, crafts, singing, and interactive Bible lessons. We hope to see you on Sundays at 9:00 AM
Prayer Circle meets to lift up prayer concerns on the 2nd and 4th Sundays after the worship service.
Confirmation Classes are held during September through May of each year for age appropriate children. The Rite of Confirmation for students that are eligible to be confirmed is held each year on Pentecost Sunday during the worship service (usually in May). If you have a child (or know one) that is age appropriate for Confirmation, please contact the church to have him/her enrolled in classes.
Living Way Bible Study meets each Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. from September through May. LWBS goes on hiatus for the summer months of June, July, and August.
Our LWML has regular monthly meetings generally on the first Saturday of each month. Their January meeting will be held on Saturday, January 9th at 10:00 a.m. They will meet in the fellowship hall. Please come and help plan activities for the coming meetings.
Sunday morning Fellowships (after church) are currently being held under the auspices of LWML. Your assistance is needed to supply refreshments for this function on an all year basis. Signs ups are on the Fellowship Chart posted on the portable bulletin board outside the church each Sunday.
Those interested in becoming members of St. Luke need to attend a class in Lutheranism. Classes are led by Pastor Tim and will go into the distinctiveness of Lutheranism. All are welcome to attend these classes which are held after worship each Sunday starting September 6th. If desiring to become a member of St. Luke, then this class may lead to that attainment. Contact the church office or speak with Pastor Tim for further details on this class.
The American Red Cross holds Blood Drives at St. Luke - currently on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Mondays in the Fellowship Hall from 1 to 7 pm. The January schedule is as follows: January 4th, and January 20th (this is a change due to Martin Luther King day) Appointments are set up through the local Claremont Red Cross Chapter at (909) 624-0074 - please do not call the church.
